ACRE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS uses text messaging to communicate with individuals who have opted in via our website or lead forms. Messages are used to respond to inquiries, provide updates about their property request, schedule appointments, and share relevant information about our home buying services. We do not send unsolicited messages and users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [number type]. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to [number type]. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. Cancellation
Text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT keyword commands and agree that Launch Control and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.
